Full/Part professional qualifications in HRM from a recognized institute or university
Minimum 2-year experience in a similar capacity
Excellent people management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication & IT skills
Age below 35
Should be Male
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Co-ordinate all HR activities and assist to HR Manager
Perform HR data analysis monthly
Handle all employee-related payments such as payroll, commissions, incentives, EPF/ETF & other statutory payments
Developing & Implementing HR policies
Manage Recruitment & Induction activities
Manage overall grievances handling process & inquiries
Follow disciplinary actions throughout the Company
Manage subordinates with the aim of Company requirements
