DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Assisting all administration related activities and coordinating with the internal teams to address business requirements
Coordinate with clients and convey their requirements to the inhouse workforce
Provide prompt and professional replies to clients and head office
Understanding daily workload and distribution of work among teams
Managing workforce in order to maintain high quality and efficient service
Responsible for preparing and submitting all relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports according to management and client requirements
Recommend and implement changes to the workflows and operation to maximize production efficiencies
Investigate problems, analyse root causes related to production and come up with solutions
Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer expectations
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Possessing a Diploma in English in a reputed Institute
Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification or experience in a similar capacity is an added qualification
Fluency in English and Sinhala is a must

Ability to work under minimum Supervision
Able to work from 7 am -4 pm or 11.30 am to 8.30 pm is considered as an added advantage
