Diploma; additional qualifications in Office and Project Administration is a plus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Manage office supplies stock and place orders for all project activities in relation to the project activities under the supervision of the Project Manager
Organise a filing system for project documents
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Arrange travel and accommodations
Schedule in-house and external events
Answer queries by employees, project stakeholders and beneficiaries
Monitoring and identifying Administration Requirements of Branch offices through regular branch visits.
Any other task in relation to the project, as assigned by the line manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Diploma; additional qualifications in Office and project Administration are a plus
At least 2-5 years of work experience in similar capacity in a donor-funded project.
Solid knowledge of Office & Admin procedures.
Excellent knowledge in English, Sinhala/Tamil and MS Office.
