Responsibilities for Technic officer
- Quality assurance(finishes) of construction works
- Managing a construction project within the given budget.
- Responsible for project completion according to the program
- Responsibility and controlling inventory at the site.
- Liaising with head office for purchase requests and acknowledging goods received with goods received the note.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3-year work experience as a similar role
- Fluent in English ideally with effective presentations skills
- Ability to handle correspondence & communicate properly
- Should be proactive, Energetic, Self -Motivated and assurance of confidential
- Internet/Technology savvy required.
- High proficiency with MS Office {Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
