Experience in the construction industry would be a definite advantage
Sound understanding of legal aspects pertaining to employment and labour relations
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala
Excellent computer literacy and good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications preferably with an ERP-System
