DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Administration of generator/engine shipment order process- placing shipment orders through the principal's online system, coordination of imports with relevant parties, communication with sales team on order status
Administration of generator/engine sales in ERP system and maintaining relevant documentation
Managing CRM for following up of sales leads and reporting
Coordination of order details with other internal departments
Updating and analyzing sales information, formulating sales reports and presentations, coordinating sales meetings, documenting meeting minutes etc.
Answering customer calls and communicating relevant details with the sales team
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a similar role is necessary
Strong Communication skills (Written & Interpersonal)
Experience in working with MS Office and ERP systems
Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a competitive environment
Fluent in both Sinhala and English. Knowledge of Chinese language will be an added advantage
