Possess professional qualification in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification, Should have at least 03 years of experience in a similar capacity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Ability to provide guidance and counsel to employees and the application of the Bank's policies ensuring that 'people practices' support the business in achieving strategic objectives of the Bank.
Be familiar with Employment Law, attend consultations, liaise with Counsel, and represent the Bank at the Labour Tribunals, Higher Courts and other related fora.
Attend to all matters relating to disciplinary issues and initiate suitable disciplinary action.
Ensure that disciplinary matters are addressed according to the disciplinary procedure
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Attorney-at-Law.
Possess professional qualification in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification.
Should have at least 03 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Familiarity in Banking Operations would be an added advantage.
Should possess excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills and conflict resolution and investigative skills.
Ability to sustain the Bank's position, especially when dealing with employee organizations and labour authorities.
