DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
You will be the brand custodian of the brands assigned to you and you should be able to drive assigned brands to market leadership position.
Manage and maintain product/brand portfolio assigned to ensure expected revenue targets, market share and growth objectives of the company are met.
Develop and implement brand strategies in cost effective ways to reach the expected brand/product objectives,
Launch new products and engage in product development process to ensure the competitiveness of the assigned product/brand portfolio.
Analyze and monitor the product performance, market behaviour and customer behavior of the assigned product/brand portfolio.
Monitor service performances and customer satisfaction to minimize the service gaps.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should possess a Degree in Marketing/Business Management from UGC approved university or professional qualification (CIM/ SLIM) from a recognized Institute.
Should have minimum of 02 years work experience in a similar filed.
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills.
Be proficient in analyzing data and formulating solutions.
Should have excellent time management skills and prioritizing tasks to achieve deadlines.
Should be a dynamic self-starter with the ability to work both in a team as well as individually.
Understand time constraints of brand initiatives and the ability to prioritize among competing tasks based on opportunity, urgency and management directions with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders (Advertising, Research Agencies and Suppliers
