POSITION SUMMARY
A degree / Professional Qualification in Marketing (Partial qualifications are also accepted)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Meeting end users and create demand for 3M solutions by specifying 3M
Providing Basic Technical support by sampling, Training, demonstrations with Key accounts/ Fabricators
Achieving sales plans for given categories
Sales Analysis, Forecasting, developing strategies for penetration/ account development and handling product inquiries and complaints and achieving assigned targets (annual & quarterly)
Support and advice on business planning, NP l's, Pricing surveys, channel identification/ development and promotional activities. Closely working with 3M India on tech support
Demand creation to 3M products by liaising with architects, consultants, fabricators and relevant authorities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A degree / Professional Qualification in Marketing (Partial qualifications are also accepted)
NVQ / NDT or any relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering
Prior experience in Technical selling / demonstrating would be an added advantage
