DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Financial: The job requires a lot of financial functions such as Stock control. Payments, Planning and carrying out of F&B budgets; Relevant financial controls.
Menus: Able to contribute to the design and update of menus working with the Chef and assisting with menu planning; Keeping up with food trends and customer preferences & costing of menus.
Managing Staff: Assist for recruiting, hiring, training & evaluating F&B staff.
Customer Service: Responsible for customers* needs arc addressed & the service is always of a high standard, thus would be able to bring back them increase revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Male, age below 45 years.
Minimum 7 years experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel.
Have great verbal and written communication skills in English.
Be proactive
Possess excellent forecasting and budgeting skills
Work well with colleagues
Enjoy problem-solving
Have a good understanding of inventory management systems
