DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
An exceptional level of computer literacy is required
Excellent listening, problem-solving and analytical skills
Energetic and enthusiastic
Passionate In interacting with customers
Ability to work under pressure
Should be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays
Willingness to work on a shift basis to support the 24/7 operations
Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship
Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner
Monitor Service Level Agreements are met
Prior working experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
