POSITION SUMMARY
Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant field Fluent in English (both written and verbal) Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps
A good working desktop or a laptop
Webcam for the purpose of meetings
A headset (a noise-cancelling headset would be beneficial)
A dedicated home office with an environment free from noise and distractions
Must be comfortable working with staff monitoring applications which take screenshots, recordings etc.
A four week Rs. 10,000 training allowance-home based training
Salary starting from Rs. 40,000 and above based on your experience and performance
Training directly with Australian clients

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in MS Office applications and other applications that are relevant to each field Ability to work autonomously Ability to multitask and prioritise as required Efficient in completing projects and tasks in a timely manner
Professional conduct and presentation Good moral character and working attitude Willing to work in Australian and New Zealand calendar and time zones Prior experience in a BPO is an advantage
