DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Preparation of reports in English
Invoicing of guests/customers
Handling income reconciliations
Preparation and review of budgets vs actuals
Bank matters/communications
Visits to apartments in Colombo will be required
Familiarity with online booking engines would be useful
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years experience at an Audit Firm is mandatory
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a must Experience using Microsoft Office
Ability to write letters with a good command of the English Language is a MUST Part qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA (minimum AAT completed) QuickBooks/XERO Experience
Experience in hospitality is preferred
Any tender/project proposal preparation experience is a bonus and should be highlighted Preparation of analyses and reports is a bonus and should be highlighted
