Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Management or equivalent qualifications
Minimum 3 years of solid work experience in a similar capacity with exposure
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Initiating annual performance cycle of the organization on-time % Ensure performance cycle is completed and HRIS is updated before the given deadline
Assisting the performance review and provide alternatives to potential issues
Communicating the organization's performance standards and expectations to employees 1 Coordinate with the Management to assist in employee succession planning and development
Assisting in the goal-setting process for all staff Maintaining confidentiality and data protection
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Management or equivalent qualifications
Minimum 3 years of solid work experience in a similar capacity with exposure to performance management cycle
Hands-on experience and fluency in HRIS Performance Management module is a must
Professional-level knowledge especially on Excel and MS Office
Experience in LMS (Learning Management Systems) in order to run, identify and sort issues t The ideal candidate should be confident, self-driven, and should be able to develop interpersonal relationships with cross-functional teams
