Hold a Degree or full Professional qualification in CIM/SLIM etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Develop and implement detailed strategic marketing plans and periodic budgets to maximize room revenue, food and beverage revenue and other revenues ofthe hotels Collate and produce all statistics and report periodically to the management Examine sales processes routinely to drive desired sales outcomes and to identify any improvements
Lead the development of new marketing channels and new content/mediums to enhance ss Produce realistic sales goals for the hotel sales team, and ensure effective and efficient delivery Manage and foster the sales team to bring them to their full potential Implement and maintain an open communication channel with the General Manager and Departmental heads
Maintain an up-to-date hotel database with the maximum potential detail leads by segment Coordinate all sales inquiries and sales leads to ensure new sales opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Hold a Degree or full Professional qualification in CIM/SLIM etc.
Carry a minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar capacity in a 4 or 5 star hotel He/She should be in the age range of 32 to 40 years, with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
