Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Follow through on leave and attendance requirement
Draft and issue standard employee letter
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Assist with recruitment activities and coordination
Assisting in the planning of company events.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Be responsible for collecting/collating absence records
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Partly qualified in a diploma or certificate course related to HR
