Sound knowledge in MS Office package especially in MS Excel and Word.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Receiving quotation requests from front end team.
Coordinate with insurance companies and obtain the best prices within the given SLAs Maintains a good relationship with internal and external business resources.
Follow-up on quotations and business completion procedures with Call Centre Staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintains system information and generate routine reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level.
Should have a few years of experience in Underwriting/Operations in a reputed Insurance/Insurance Broker Company.
Good communication skills both in Sinhala & English (Tamil would be an added advantage ).
Sound knowledge in MS Office package especially in MS Excel and Word.
