DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Handle all procurement projects from the inception, through negotiations of price, terms, vendor selection, and final delivery.
Establishing timelines to meet the business unit's needs and managing expectations.
Negotiation with suppliers and partners to close deals with optimal terms
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure the availability of high quality and cost-effective materials within budget.
Review bid proposals and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations
Assess, manage and perform cost and scenario analysis, benchmarking with higher attention in mitigating risk
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification in supply chain management.
3+ years' of managerial experience in handling procurement in the construction industry
Experienced and involvement in contract negotiations, cost analysis, bidding processors
Familiar in supplier sourcing and vendor management
