QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience working with a large audit firm or in a Multinational with Global Operations
Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
Prior experience in preparation and reporting of consolidated accounts for a Holding Company Experience in working on SAGE accounting system Strong knowledge of IFRS
Overall day to day responsibility of the finance department as per the finance policy of the company that include but not limited the below tasks;
Overall finance control and accountability
Review of the financial reports of the subsidiary entities/ Managing the payments and payroll
Preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts for the holding company with variance analysis from the budget/Cash flow management including follow-up on Accounts receivables Managing the annual audits of financial statements and dealing with the external auditors Preparation of updated business plans and budgets at the Group level Quarterly presentation to the Board on the financial status and Group reporting Coordinating with banks and other financial institutions as needed Create and manage a Management Information System to aid management
