DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Building and executing social media strategies for local and international clients
This would involve processes such as platform selection, competitor and audience research and content creation on multiple platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Crafting engaging copy while being mindful of the different tones of voices suitable for various brands
Creating attractive design concepts for social media artwork and videos and getting them executed with the assistance of the design team
Managing social media advertising campaigns to help create awareness and follower growth on multiple social media platforms
Conducting research and staying up to date in social media and industry trends
Preparing monthly and ad hoc performance reports/presentations
Social media content scheduling using paid tools
End-to-end management of client communication
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Marketing or Business Management or an equivalent qualification such as CIM UK
Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English
Copywriting skills in Sinhala/Tamil would be an added advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Page Management and Advertising
