DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Be accountable for a portfolio of customer accounts assigned to you to process orders received via e-commerce portals / other channels, within 48 hours and ensure fulfilment of orders.
Coordinate with the internal team, B2B customers (E-commerce vendors / Retailers), warehouse & customers' logistic agents to ensure sales orders received are fulfilled within 48 hours.
Document orders processed within internal order processing systems, customer portals and adhere to SOPs.
Perform other administrative tasks as and when required.
