Applicant should possess tertiary qualifications in airline reservation & ticketing with a minimum of 5 years' experience in airline reservations, ticketing and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Facilitate travel-related bookings for clients including ticketing, invoicing and collections.
Managing relationships with clients.
Train and mentor colleagues as and when required.
Tailor domestic and international packages for clients and suggesting travel routes or places of interest. Respond to customer feedback.
Formulate and execute plans to further grow the business in terms of sales, operations and client portfolio. Continually monitor and improve the overall performance of the operation to delight customers. Assist credit department for timely follow-up on payments.
Provide management with reports on company performance pertaining to sales, staff, and general operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must have the knowledge and hands-on experience in using GDS platforms (Amadeus or Sabre preferred).
Applicant should possess tertiary qualifications in airline reservation & ticketing with a minimum of 5 years' experience in airline reservations, ticketing and procedures.
Previous experience as an IATA representative for Reservation and Ticketing is essential and also should have a thorough knowledge of Airport Services procedures & systems and GSA operations.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills together with outstanding public relations skills.
It is essential for the candidates to be computer literate and fluent in English (written and spoken).
