Our client is looking for a Team Lead - Travel Operations
• Managing People, Capacity and Process of the Colombo teams.
• Creating and maintaining process documents and training manuals.
• Contribute towards training and support of new and existing staff members.
• Overall expertise in the Starship and Elements system and current processes of the team.
• Maintain positive feedback and good reputation with the business partners across all the regions.
• Proven skills in providing excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Proven skills in taking ownership of situations and responsibility when required.
• Active participation in team, departmental and company wide events/initiatives.
