Our client is looking for a HR / Finance Executive
• Have work experience as an HR & Admin Executive or HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
• Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
• Handle the day-to-day financial duties (maintain the petty cash, cheque books etc)
• Publish and remove job ads
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
• Knowledge of Sri Lanka labour laws
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
