DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for the overall recruitment process and recruitment related reports
Conduct /Organise induction and training
Administer leave and attendance policy
Responsible for staff engagement and other company activities
Identify and bridge the soft-skill training needs of the staff members
Monitor outsource admin operations an escalate issues for the respective parties
Manage disciplinary issues of the staff and conduct disciplinary inquiries
Conduct exit interviews & provide exit analysis for the management
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Graduate or Professionally qualified
