Responsible in equipment maintenance & installation
To provide prompt & comprehensive technical services such as repairs/ troubleshoot, warranty service, service contracts, maintenance plans and calibration/verification services
Perform Incoming Quality Check for all machines
Machine Specific Testing for machine Continuous Improvement Program
Dealing with the customers' complaints in terms of technical support
Working closely with Sales and Nursing team to validate and overcome any support issue
Provide feedback to Engineering department personnel as and when the need arises
Assist in process improvement and stability
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A recognized degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent
Possess a good sense of responsibility, self-discipline, team player & passionate to work with different level of people.
Independent and self-motivated with initiative and good communication skills An excellent observer, able to capture the problem instantly and rectify it Willing to work irregular hours if required
