A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Professional Qualification in HRM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Oversee the recruitment and selection function while managing staff numbers as per the business plan in order to recruit the right employees to the organization
Roll out the behavioural & technical competencies to all levels of the organization and identify competency gaps of employees and conduct programs to bridge the competency and skills gaps based on training needs identified in liaison with line Managers
Design and implement appropriate Training & Development programs to ensure employees' continuous development and ensure the development of behavioural & technical skills
Ensure HR manual and Standard Operating Procedures are reviewed and updated periodically to ensure smooth operations of the Human Resources Division
Liaise with all the divisional/departmental heads and employees on day to day HR Operational & Development functions
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Professional Qualification in HRM
Master's Degree in a relevant/similar discipline would be advantageous.
Hands on experience of 3-5 years in Human Resources Development in a similar capacity
High level of IT literacy including sound knowledge in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Credit Passes for English and Mathematics for G.C.E. (O/L)
Excellent leadership skills, Strong Negotiation Skills, problem solving and creative ability
Sound planning, organization skills and presentation skills coupled with a methodical approach to work
