Degree or Diploma or professional qualification in HRM from recognized university or Institute
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Handling key areas of human resource management including pay roll system, compiling of the job description, assisting in Training and Development activities and drafting of day today correspondence independently
Ability to coordinate, plan and execute all personal Administration matters and organizing skills & ability of multitasking.
Ability to work with HRIS & familiarity in MS office packages
Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills (both written & oral) in Sinhala and English are essential
Experience in Training & Development will be added advantage
Age Between 26 - 34 - most prefer male candidates
Salary negotiable
