BSc Chemical/Science (Chemistry)/Food Science Degree or NDT-Chemical Engineering.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Ensure the production plan is adhered with the organization of required resources to as per the set timelines to achieve the targets while closely monitoring the master plan in quick changes to cater to the market requirements
Monitor abnormalities in Machinery, Materials, Products and People to facilitate preventive breakdown schedules and improve the quality of the products with use maximum capacity in machinery.
Prepare production reports, breakdown reports and other management information reports as required by the management in monitoring the efficiency of the operation.
Maintain GMP, Food Safety, Environmental & People Safety, Hygiene & Housekeeping and Organizational Standard set by Wilmar Group, local authorities and respective customers.
Develop and maintain a KAIZEN culture through continuous improvements in all processes and products to meet organizational objectives.
Manage and monitor team attendance, KPI tracking, training need identification and conducting performance appraisals on a yearly basis with the support of the HR department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
BSc Chemical/Science (Chemistry)/Food Science Degree or NDT-Chemical Engineering.
Knowledge in ERP system, System Auditing & HSE, Food Safety will be an added advantage.
5 years working Experience as Production Manager or similar capacity in Food Manufacturing Organization and candidates should be bellow 45years and willing to work long hours.
