Identify organizational requirements and asses the employee talent status and arrange required training
Create a training budget and manage the budget
Develop training and development programs suited to overall requirements
Understand the personal ambitions of employees and align with company objectives and culture
Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management across the group
Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/ or delivery of e-learning packages
Conduct ongoing one-on-one discussions with new employees and provide advice & support where necessary
Inspect employee facilities and liaise with cross-functional teams to uplift the standards
Drive the Grievance Handling mechanism and ensure employee grievances are addressed with timely feedback
