BSc. Degree / Diploma in Quality Management from a recognized university
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
The person who is selected for the above position will be responsible to ensures company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting the business goals.
The person will handle all the audits (social & quality) requirements, review practice, conduct investigations, review and update internal policies, involving/ handling production, coordinating production sections and prepare, file required documents and meet all criteria in compliance audits by implementing control mechanism and overseeing the practice or standards adopted.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
BSc. Degree / Diploma in Quality Management from a recognized university
Minimum of 3 years working exposure in handling social compliance and quality audits. Quality Assurance functions in a manufacturing environment and a person from artificial decorative items industry will be priorities
Experience and overall knowledge in the production line and coordination will be preferred
Ability to communicate well in English, Sinhala is a must
Age between 25 - 35 years
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Female Candidates preferred
Positive, hard-working and result-oriented personality
