DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Design, create and manage promotions and social ads, campaigns Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio) Develop celebrity contents and manage online streaming platform to reach the company's target customers
Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts Oversee design (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, etc.)
Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Possesses knowledge and experience in traditional marketing
Proficient in content marketing theory and application
Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
Maintains excellent writing and language skills
A team player with the confidence
Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics
Working knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint is a must
Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues
Possession of a Marketing degree will be an added advantage
Previous experience in Facebook page management, content creation, artwork designing and paid campaign management can be a value addition
