Marketing or Business Management Degree/SLIM/CTM or equivalent
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Develop company sales plan, forecast and strategies to develop the business and take the full responsibility of achieving the company's overall sales and collection goals and KPIs.
Assists in the developing of sales-related financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Plan and execute all sales-related activities, inbound and outbound sales promos, activations and expansions.
Work collaboratively across teams - including developers, programmers, digital marketing team and other service departments to meet set targets and KPIs.
Meet daily and monthly inbound lead requirements needed to meet company sales objectives
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Intensive customer visits at customer convenient time and keeps proper communication and coordination to make sure excellent customer service at all time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Marketing or Business Management Degree/SLIM/CTM or equivalent
Work experience in IT-related industry is must along with the ERP and CRM experiences.
Self-motivated, energetic young personality with target-oriented attitudes
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales and managerial experiences including outstanding track records of continuous performance achievements
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
