Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology or equivalent. Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies and standards like ISO 22005,IFS, BRC....etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Establish, Implement, Review and Maintain Quality Management Systems within the Organization
Provide leadership to ensure organizational policies, regulations and procedures are in line with the regulatory standards
Ensure that all products and manufacturing processes comply with applicable QA Standards at both National & International level
Ensure raw material, packaging material, finished products, storage and distribution channels are in line with company quality standards.
Attend to Product complaints, non-conformances and customer queries
Ensures analysis of product and processes for Management information and continuous improvements.
Maintain detailed process flow diagrams and factory flow diagrams in order to identify potential Safety Hazards and to establish limits for Critical Control Points
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology or equivalent
Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies and standards like ISO 22005,IFS, BRC,....etc.
Sound knowledge and skill in Food analysis (chemical, physical and microbiological) and plant/personal hygiene control
Minimum 10 years' experience in Food Industry out of 4years' in a similar capacity (Especially in VCO & Coconut Milk industry)
Experience in BRC, FSSC,ISO, IFS, HACCP/HARPC certified company would be an added advantage
A proven track record in coaching and developing teams and individuals
Strong problem solving, decision making and good numerical skills with statistical process control techniques and Strong interpersonal communications skills
