Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management,6-8 years experience in a Human Resources position
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Maintaining HR databases and dashboards
Maintaining personal files of employees ensuring all documentation is in place
Preparation of payroll inputs and managing all employee-related payments including gratuity payments, EPF, ETF and other statutory payments.
Preparation of employment-related letters - offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters etc
Managing employee onboarding, offboarding and confirmation processes.
Facilitating the internship programs of the company
Relevant statutory related reporting - Eg - EPF/ETF/PAYEE
Preparation of Monthly HR reports for reviews.
Supporting the training and engagement function & recruitment
Supporting the HR services function
Identifying gaps in existing HR policies, design and implementation of new policies where required
Ensure all policies, including Business Management System and Security policies and procedures are adhered to
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management
6-8 years experience in a Human Resources position
Experience at a management level
Sound understanding of legal aspects pertaining to Sri Lankan employment and labour legislation
