DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Handel day to day administration work.
Involve in HR-related work (Recruitment, attendance, etc.).
Handel overall administration of financial and accounting practices of the company.
Prepare month-end management accounts. Maintain filing system for essential correspondences and documents.
Maintain inventory management and assist with purchases.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Male/Female age between 19-32 years from an administration and financial background, with a good track record.
Good communication skills both in English and Sinhala. Proficiency in MS Excel/ MS Office and other basic computer applications. Sound knowledge in basic finance concepts.
Hands-on experience in Quick books or similar accounting packages is
an added advantage Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Educational qualification: Minimum: AL's 2 passes, preferably in accounts stream.
Professional qualification: Diploma/Degree in administration or finance from a recognized institute will be advantageous.
