DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Applicable to candidates between 30 - 50 yrs. of age Minimum 3 yrs experience in a similar capacity

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Completed a Diploma or NVQ Level 4 qualification with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of kitchen background.
Should have work experience in all aspects of kitchen duties working in restaurants and hotels both is an added bonus.
Knowledge of Preparing, Storage, Ordering, Stock rotation, Hygiene is a must with the capability of working within a team and guiding junior kitchen staff.
Knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel and handling a computer is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure reliable, flexible and responsible.
