A Degree in Accounting / Business Management & Projects Management or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institute.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Undertake continuous customer feedback and focus discussions and monitor advisor performance, NBD process, cooling of cancellations, lapses etc
Conduct periodic market surveys and customer need assessments related to life insurance demand drivers.
Analysis of Annual Awards & Sales Competition results (Distribution).
Support in the preparation and driving Annual Business Plan based on the agreed KVDs' for each Unit, Branch, Region and Zone as per the Company guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and circulate across the network.
The Manager - Planning and Projects will be responsible for the entire Management Information system of the Distribution network including monitoring, analyzing and interpreting key value drivers across the agency and coordinate corrective action with the relevant zonal managers and regional managers. He / She will also be responsible to plan and implement agency and alternate channel-related projects on a timely basis and undertake progress reviews on a periodic basis
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A Degree in Accounting / Business Management & Projects Management or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institute.
Minimum of 3 years of sales-related work experience in similar capacity driving B2B or B2C business development and sales operations.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with excellent communication ability.
Ability to work within a digitized working environment
