BSc. Degree in Polymer Engineering / Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification with polymer related chemistry from a recognized university or institution
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Capability to manage Tire Inspection Process with continues attention and active involvement in Statistical Process Controlling function
Introducing and implementing effective Process and Quality Improvement for Solid and POS tire production divisions to minimize production and process deviations
coordinate between quality laboratory, final inspection and production to ensure products adhere to specified quality standards and help resolve detected defects
implementation and sustainability in all responsible areas
Compliance to and sustainability of the ISO 9001 standard
Introducing and implementing of accurate quality measuring, and process control functions to ensure products meet the specified standards
Troubleshooting and resolving of technical issues in collaboration with R&D
Scarp analysis, market claim analysis, other data compilation, documentation, reporting and managing of related documentation
Operator developments to achieve zero claims and scraps
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
BSc. Degree in Polymer Engineering / Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification with polymer related chemistry from a recognized university or institution
National Diploma in Technology (NDT) in Polymer / Chemical from a recognized university or institution
Professional Qualification in ISO Quality & Systems
Minimum 2 years post qualifying experience with BSc. Degree or minimum 4 years qualifying experience with NDT in a similar industry with hands-on experience in process improvement, claim handling and related area
