A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing/ Digital Marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Assist in developing creative contents, strategies, and regular content publishing.
Execute against the strategic account plan, driving active engagement with important IBM partners and influencers. Maintain and build a relationship and improve customer satisfaction.
Research and come up with innovative ideas for Digital Campaign Execution.
Work with the Development team, designing team and Sales Marketing team in seeing through creative delivery for campaigns.
Provide weekly / monthly performance update.
Ensure to produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
Designing, implementing and optimizing digital ads campaigns in Google and Facebook.
Establishing design guidelines, standards and best practices.
Design creative assets and collaterals such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, web site and social media posts and other communication materials related to business development.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing/ Digital Marketing.
High proficiency in English.
2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Field / Media / Advertising / Graphic Designing (If you have experience in the Travel Industry and Tourism industry would be an added advantage.
A passion for digital marketing / Social media and a desire to have a long-term career online.
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator and other visual design tools.
Good understanding of content management systems.
Knowledge and experience in social Media/Google analytics and reporting tools.
Confident to work with external media partners / Agencies.
Strong communication skills, able to build relationships at a variety of levels.
Proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
Strong written skill, ability to produce creative content.
Experience in photography and videography would be an added advantage.
