A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other equivalent. Professional Qualification related to Human Resource Management. Minimum one year of experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Assist Leadership Team with the execution of the HR strategies
Assume responsibility for all HR related matters within the organization
Carrying out HR Functions related to Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Pipeline, Performance Management
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Support in planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training project leads to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Managing and coordinating janitorial sen/ices
Requesting quotations from different vendors, analyze and execute purchasing orders
Conducting day to day operations which include, answering telephone calls, organizing company events, data entry and overseeing the schedules of guests (meetings and reservations as needed)
Provide administration support to the operations team
Managing office supplies
Assist the team with foreign travel preparations
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other equivalent Professional Qualification related to Human Resource Management
Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
The high degree of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
Must be able to autonomously prioritize and attend to multiple responsibilities and drive results within the team
Previous work experience in IT-based company is an added qualification
