A Degree or Diploma in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences from recognized institutions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Counsel, analyze and follow-up all self-referred grievances as well as grievances directed by Employee Relations/ HR Division/ Production Sections, whilst liaising/ coordinating with relevant personnel and teams in order to resolve/mitigate same, thereby ensuring such concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Carry out training and educational programs for employees in order to enhance their understanding of the organization/ Industrial behaviour/ Counseling services offered to the employees etc.
Ability to proactively identify attrition prone employees and able to address their concerns and work on retention liaising with required teams.
Maintain the records pertaining to counselling sessions whilst ensuring the confidentiality of the content to be discussed only we required parties for decision making.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A Degree or Diploma in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences from recognized institutions with a minimum of 2 to 3 Years of experiences in similar Role.
Should have good knowledge in counselling methods and techniques.
A dynamic and self-assertive individual with excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
