DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Positively contribute information, share ideas and conduct research to help develop marketing strategies for Taru Villas.
Passionately design and drive the marketing strategies for our collection of hotels.
Understand our brand and set appropriate marketing plans and schedules and coordinate both within and outside the organization, as well as internationally to implement strategies across multiple channels.
Assist in developing sales strategies and implementing new approaches.
Ability to consolidate and cultivate new markets for our brand internationally.
Formally present performance reports, Competitor analyses and market information to the Management of Taru Villas.
Represent the brand to local and international agents.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
An intermediate level qualification in marketing (BA in Marketing or CIM)
Good overall knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, including digital marketing tools.
Minimum 5-7 years' experience at a similar capacity with a recognized boutique hotel/brand.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Ample knowledge and a strong rapport with agents in the UK, Europe, and Australia markets.
Knowledge and understanding in implementing strategies by analysing trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other relevant information in order to improve sales through marketing performance.
