DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer - Recruitment
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Have an understanding of how the technology works. What's a Tech stack? What's the difference between Java and JavaScript?
Be genuinely interested in the tech scene - what's your favourite product and why?
Be a learner, someone who enjoys learning new things and the challenges of personal growth.
Be a self-starter - just because you don't know something, that doesn't mean you can't figure it out yourself most of the time.
Be an expert Googler
Be really comfortable with deadlines, some people get intimidated by them, we can't be.
Possess a high level written and spoken English.
Be able to join us on calls once a fortnight with the AU & US team,
Be a good manager of time and juggle multiple demands.
Understand that it's ok not to have all the answers all the time, and to ask when you need help.
Be comfortable following processes but brave enough to suggest new ones.
Be genuinely interested in people - you seriously can't do this job if you're not.
Be able to set your own tasks and plan your own work for the week.
Be comfortable navigating your way around G Suite and multiple other tools. If you have some sourcing/recruiting experience that'd be great but if you come from a technical background that's fine as well.
