Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology or equivalent Extensive Knowledge of QA methodologies & Standards like Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, M IFS, BRC, FSSC,...etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Ability to perform all necessary QA and QC functions on the process, the product, the packaging and the machine.
Maintaining and improving ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 14001 and GMP) and Tetra Pak standards.
Ability to identify all possible non- conformities in the machines and packaging and take immediate corrective actions.
Ability in problem-solving and taking preventive actions to address all quality-related issues.
Ensure the equipment produces top quality product giving highest priority to food safety.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology or equivalent
Extensive Knowledge of QA methodologies & Standards like IFS, BRC, FSSC,...etc.
Sound knowledge and skill in food analysis (Chemical, Physical & microbiological) and Plant/personal hygiene control
Minimum 2 years' experience in the food industry in a similar capacity (Especially in Coconut milk industry)
Strong team player with the ability under pressure long hours
Experienced in IFS, BRC, FSSC certified company would be an added advantage
Will be Preferred near to panacea Kuliyapitiya Area
