QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
Ability in enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing,
and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Experience in recruitment
Ability in conducting effective induction and orientation sessions
Experience in managing a pay plan by scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
Knowledge in legal compliance and implementing applicable human resource laws, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings
Excellent consultative, facilitative and coaching skills
Experience in training and developing retail staff
Ability in identifying and assess future and current training needs
