DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
To carry out QSC (Quality, Service & Cleanliness) checks including meat cookouts.
To ensure regular travel paths to monitor shift controls.
To draw up and implement staff positioning plans through a shift.
To ensure correct stock levels of the product during a shift with special attention to peak times to assist with service times.
To ensure that all equipment are kept within hygiene standards required. To ensure all accidents or incidents in the restaurant are reported fully.
To be a leader and make sure all staff are "HAPPY" and are motivated and energetic to adhere to our mission.
Provide on-the-job training to new staff and corrective training to all staff.
Develop staff members' skills and workstation proficiency toward Service Expert level.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Age between 24-35 years.
