Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in Business Management/Civil Engineering / Project Management/QS. etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Developing and implementing effective administration policies and procedures and review and update the procedures as required.
Oversee the management of Head Office and branch network property management services including the building maintenance, janitorial service and security and all other infrastructure facilities and requirements.
Achieve financial objectives by forecasting and planning the required information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variance forecasts and evaluate operations and maintenance needs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in Business Management/Civil Engineering / Project Management/QS. etc.
Minimum of 6 years experience in an Administration role, 3 years of which should be at Senior Executive or above capacity.
Good command in MS CAD & MS Project will be an advantage.
Sound knowledge in principles of Contract Law, public purchasing, research, cost analysis and control, budgeting, and accounting.
