DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Administration
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Developing and implementing effective administration policies and procedures and review and update the procedures as required.
Oversee the management of Head Office and branch network property management services including the building maintenance, janitorial service and security and all other infrastructure facilities and requirements.
Achieve financial objectives by forecasting and planning the required information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variance forecasts and evaluate operations and maintenance needs.
Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in Business Management / Logistic Management / Public Administration, etc.
Minimum of 6 years experience in an Administration role, 3 years of which should be at Senior Executive or above capacity.
Possesses excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Sound knowledge in principles of Contract Law, public purchasing, research, cost analysis and control, budgeting, and accounting.
