DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through lead generation methods, cold calling, networking and maintaining active social media channels
Shortlisting interested clients, sending them marketing collateral as required and setting up virtual meetings for the SAKS team with potential clients as per their requirements
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Sales Associate or a relevant role
Experience in B2B sales is preferred
Excellent proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
